Cancellation and Refund

At Shivangi Narula, we maintain a clear and transparent cancellation and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience.
1. Cancellations
  • Cancellations will be considered only if requested 7 days before the program start date.

     

  • If approved, you may reschedule once to a future batch (subject to seat availability).

     

  • Once training has commenced or materials have been shared, cancellations will not be accepted.

     

2. Refund Policy
  • No refunds will be issued once payment is made.

     

  • Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or incomplete participation.

     

  • In rare cases of batch cancellation by us, alternate solutions or date adjustments will be offered.

     

3. Rescheduling
  • You may request to reschedule at least 72 hours before your session.

     

  • Rescheduling is a one-time provision and depends on seat availability.

     

4. Quality Concerns
If you feel that the training didn’t meet your expectations, please contact our team. While refunds are not issued, we may offer alternatives such as complimentary rescheduling at our discretion.
5. Digital Course Delivery
  • All courses are delivered online. No physical product will be shipped.

     

  • If you don’t receive your access email within 48 hours of payment, please contact us.
